Head of ICT • IT & FrenchNshokano David is a Congolese IT professional and educator based in Uganda. As Head of ICT at Shekinah Glory Christian International School, he teaches Information Technology and French and oversees the school’s tech strategy—from infrastructure and security to training teachers and supporting data-driven decision-making. David designed and manages the school’s web portal, streamlining attendance, weekly reports, and parent communication in one integrated system.
